- It is very easy & quick recipie. Crunchy in taste also.Can give the kids in the place of chocolate.

Ingridients:
- Sugar- 1 cup
- Roasted peanuts- 1 cup
- Desi ghee - 1 tsp
Method:

- Take a wok .Keep it in medium flame(5-6) .
- Put the sugar in it & keep stir it till it become watery .
- Then add 1 tsp clarified butter(desi ghee) in it.Mix in it properly .Then add the roasted unsalted peanut on it.Switch off the flame .Mix the peanut in the sugar syrup properly.
- Take a big vessel like prant .Apply the oil on the bottom of it & apply the oil on the roller pin(belan) also .Roll the material as thin as u can with the help of roller pin.
- Take a knife & apply cut sign immediately on the material.
- Allow it to cool for while. After some time it will get crisp .Store it in airtight container.
Tips:
- For flavor can add fennel seeds /cardamom powder in it.
- Keep stir the sugar without adding water on medium flame otherwise sugar will get burnt.
