SUPER SPRING SMOOTHIE


SUPER SPRING SMOOTHY

  • INGRIDIENTS:

  • ICE CUBES-1/2CUP
  • WATER-1/2CUP
  • RIPE BANANA-1 LARGE
  • CHOCHOLATE LIQUID-FOR GARNISHING
  • ORGANIC  SOY MILK/ALMOND MILK-1/2CUP
  • BLUEBERRIES-1CUP(FRESH OR FROZEN)
  • BABY SPINACH/CHOPPED ROMAINE LETTUCE-1 HANDFUL
  • METHOD:

  • TAKE A BLENDER.
  • COMBINE INGRIDIENTS IN A BLENDER THAT IS ABLE TO CRUSH ICE.
  • PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH ADDING MORE LIQUID AS DESIRED TO THINOUT .
  • TAKE A GLASS.SPREAD THE CHOCHOLATE LIQUID ON THE SURFACE OF THE GLASS.NOW ADD THE SMOOTHY.
  • ENJOY THE DRINK!
  • TIPS:

  • IF U WANT TO AVOID SPINACH , U CAN ADD ORGANIC KALE IN IT.
  • MOST PEOPLE DONT LIKE PLAIN SOY MILK, U CAN ADD VANILLA FLAVOUR IN IT.
  • CAN USE ANY KIND OF BERRIES LIKE STRAWBERRY, BLACK BERRY IN IT. 

AVOCADO CHUTNEY

  • INGRIDIENTS:

  • PLAIN YOGHURT-100GM
  • AVOCADO-1PIECE
  • BASILS-5LEAVES
  • LEMON-1/2 PIECE
  • GARLIC-2-3PEARL
  • GINGER-1INCH
  • GREEN CHILLY-1PIECE
  • SALT-1TSP
  • BLACK PEPPER-1/2TSP
  • METHOD:

  • CUT THE AVOCADO VERTICALLY.
  • EXTRACT THE AVOCADO PULP IN IT.
  • TAKE A MIXY.PUT AVOCADO PULP,BASILS, ALL SPICES,YOGHURT ,GINGER-GARLIC PASTE  IN IT.
  • GRIND IT.MAKE THE SOOTH PASTE FROM IT.
  • IF U FIND YOGHURT IS NOT FULLY SOUR,THEN ADD THE LEMON JUICE IN THE CHUTNEY.
 

YAM & BABY SPINACH SALAD

    YAM SPINACH SALAD

  • INGRIDIENTS:

  • YAM-250 GM
  • BABY SPINACH/KALE-1 BOWL
  • MUSTARD SAUCE-1TBSP
  • CORRIENDER SAUCE-2TBSP
  • PUMPKIN SEEDS-1TBSP
  • BLACK SALT-1TSP
  • BLACK PEPPER-1/2TSP
  • PANEER-50GM
  • METHOD:

  • COOK YAMS IN LARGE POT OF BOILING SALTED WATER ABOUT 8-10 MINUTES,UNTIL TENDER.
  • DRAIN YAMS, LET IT COOL FOR 10 MINUTES.
  •  TAKE A PAN ,ALLOW IT HOT.ADD PUMPKIN SEEDS.COOK & STIR UNTIL LIGHTLY TOASTED & CRUNCHY,5-7 MINUTE(DON'T LET BURN).
  • REMOVE FROM PAN ,LET IT COOL.
  • COMBINE YAMS,SPINACH/KALE,MUSTARD SAUCE,CORRIENDER SAUCE IN LARGE MIXING BOWL.
  • SEASON WITH SALT & PEPPER.
  • GARNISH IT WITH PANEER/INDIAN CHEESE.
  • TIPS:

  • IF U WANT  TO  AVOID THE PUMPKIN SEEDS ,CAN PUT THE ROASTED PEANUTS.
  • CAN MAKE IT WITH SWEET POTATO IF DONT WANT TO MAKE IT WITH YAM.

  • CURRANTS/RAISINS-1/4 CUP
  • RAW PUMPKIN SEEDS-1TBSP
  • POMEGRANATE-1/4 BOWL
  • BLUEBERRY-1TBSP
  • STARWBERRY -4PIECE
  • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR-1TBSP
  •  LETTUCE/CABBAGE-1BOWL SHREDDED
  • WHITE ROASTED SEASAME SEEDS-1TBSP
  • ROASTED UNSALTED SUNFLOWER SEEDS-1TBSP

  • METHOD:

  • CHOPPED THE SALAD.TOSS THE SALAD MIX,SPINACH ,BEETROOT,MINT LEAVES IN LARGE BOWL.
  • ADD SUNFLOWER ,PUMPKIN,SEASAME SEEDS,RAISINS.
  • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR IS USED IN DRESSING.
  • ADD BLACK SALT,BLACK PEPPER POWDER .

  •  CAN ADD HAZELNUT ALSO
  • IF WANT TO AVOID APPLE CIDER VINEGAR,THEN CAN ADD HUNG CURD DRESSING.
