- TAKE ONE CUP IDLI MIX AND ADD BLENDED CURD INTO IT
- ADD SALT
- GREASE THE IDLI MOLDS IN ADVANCE .
- PUT THE WATER IN THE IDLI STAND.
- ADD SOME SALT IN IT.
- POUR THE BATTER IN THE MOULDS.
- COVER THE IDLI STAND WITH LID.
- IT TAKES 15 MINUTES IF GUESS IDLI COOKER IS USED.
- TAKES 3 TO 4 MINUTE IF MICROWAVE IS USED.
- AFTER THE TIME CHECK THE IDLI BY PUT THE KNIFE IN IT.
- IF KNIFE IS CLEAN AFTER REMOVE IT FROM THE IDLI IT MEANS IDLI IS READY,OTHERWISE IT IS STILL RAW.
- REMOVE THE IDLI FROM THE MOLDS
- NOW CUT THE IDLI IN 4 PART(2 HORIZONTAL+2 VERTICAL) .
- NOW ITS TIME TO FRY THE IDLI.
- TAKE A FRYPAN(KADAI)
- ADD REFINED OIL IN IT.
- LET IT HOT.
- ADD RAI (MUSTARD SEED ).SAUTE IT TILL IT START CRACKLING.
- NOW ADD ONION ,FINELY CHOPPED ALL VEG.
- ADD TERMERIC POWDER,CHILLY POWDER,CORRIENDER POWDER IN IT.
- LET ALL THE VEG SAUTE.
- NOW ADD THE TOMATO KETCHUP.
- ITS TURN TO ADD IDLI NOW
- LET IT MIX FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES IN LOW MEDIUM FLAME .
- NOW IDLI IS READY.
