Raw Banana Pakore(fritters);
INGRIDIENTS:
- gram flour -1 cup
- salt -1/2 tsp(according to taste)
- red chilli 1/2 tsp
- cilantro 1/8bowl
- lemon juice 10 drops
- green chilli 1small
- ajwain 1tsp
- rice powder 1tbsp
- refined oil 250ml
- peel the raw banana.Cut it in sleek pieces horizontally.
- Now prepare batter of gram flour(besan).
- Add rice powder into it.
- Add all the spices into it.
- Mix it well.
- now add cilantro ,green chilly and lemon juice.
- add lukewarm batterer for making the batter.
- concentration of the batter should be medium.
- can check the concentration by pouring water top to down .
- if it is easily pourable then its fine ,otherwise its need more water.
- now dip the raw banana slices in the batter.
- take the frying pan .put refined oil in it.
- let it hot.
- then fry that dip raw banana slices.
- sprinkle chatmasala on it
TIPS:
- Now dip the banana slices in the batter and fry this slices in medium high flame.
- It should not be fry in low heat as pakore absorb the oil in low flame.
- Batter shouldnot be high or low concentrated .
- It is preferrable to make better 15 minutes before fry so that gram flour become soft.
