INGRIDIENTS:-
- rice-1 cup
- yellow lentil-1/2 cup
- onion-1
- tomato-1
- peas-1 bowl
- carrot- 1 bowl
- shimla mirch-1 bowl
- cilantro-1/4 bowl
- salt-1tsp
- red chilly-1/2 tsp
- termeric-1/2 tsp
- corriender powder-1 tsp
METHOD:
- roast the lentil.
- wash the lentil and rice .
- take the pressure cooker .add refined oil into it.
- add cumin seed.
- let it saute.
- add all inely chopped veg and spices and let them lit bit saute.
- then add 3 cup water .let it hot.
- after that add rice+lentil.
- close the lid.
- let come one whistle.
- remove it from flame.
- keep it untouch until flame is come out .
- after that u can enjoy
TIPS:
- best taste when eat it with sambhar.
