SOUTH INDIAN RAW BANANA FRITTER (SWEET)

  • DESSERT:

INGRIDIENTS:-

RAW BANANA -2 PIECE
SUGAR -2 TSP
GRAM FLOUR-150 GM
SAUNF-1/4TSP
SHREDDED COCONUT-1/4 BOWL
REFINED OIL/DESI GHEE-250ML
CARDOMAN POWDER-1TSP

DECORATION:

HONEY-1 TSP
CREAME 1 TSP

METHOD:

PEEL THE BANANA AND CUT IT IN SLEEEK HORIZONTAL PIECES.
TAKE THE GRAM FLOUR .ADD LUKE WARM WATER IN IT.
IT SHOULD BE MEDIUM CONCENTRATION.
U CAN CHECK IT BY POURING IT FROM UP TO DOWN.
IF IT IS EASILY RUNNING DOWN THEN BATTER CONCENTRATION IS OK.
ADD ALL THE SPICES AND SUGAR IN THE BATTER.
TAKE THE FRYING PAN AND PUT REFINED OIL IN IT .LET IT HOT FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES.
AFTER THAT PUT SMALL BATTER SAMPLE IN THE HOT PAN IF IT COMES UP AUTOMATICALLY,MEANS OIL IS READY FOR FRY.
NOW DIP THE BANANA SLICES IN THE BATER.
NOW MAKE THEM DEEP FRY.
PUT IT IN PLATE.
DECORATE IT WITH THE HELP OF SWEET CREAME AND HONEY.


PRECAUTION:

  • It should not be fry in low heat as pakore absorb the oil in low flame.
  • Batter shouldnot be high or low concentrated .
  • It is preferrable to make better 15 minutes before fry so that gram flour become soft.

TIPS:

  • can avoid the sugar,natural raw banana sugar is sufficient.
  • do slice  sleekly otherwise it is not cook perfect.
  • can check the batter concentration by pouring it top to bottom.
  • if it is easily pouring down it means  its ok .
