- TAKE THE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR IN BIG SIZE VESSEL (PRANT)
- ADD SALT,OIL IN IT.
- MIX IT VERY WELL
- NOW ADD MIX THE LUKE WARM MILK.
- NOW PUT THE WATER SLOWLY.
- AND KNEAD THE DOUGH.
- PUT IT ASIDE FOR HALF AN HOUR.
- THEN MAKE THE DUMBLES OF THE DOUGH
- NOW PREHEAT THE OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES(BROILL)
- PUT THE OVEN TRAY IN MEDIUM RANK
- LET IT HOT.
- IM THE MEAN WHILE ROLL OVER THE DUMBLES IN ROUND SHAPE .
- KEEP THE TAWA ON THE GAS.
- LET IT MEDIUM HIGH HOT.
- THEN PUT THE CHAPATI ON THE TAWA AND AFTER 30 SECOND CHANGE THE SIDE OF CHAPATI .
- NOW ITS TURN TO PUT THE CHAPATI IN PREHEAT OVEN.
- AFTER 15 SECOND,TURN THE SIDE OF CHAPATI.
- AFTER ANOTHER 15 SECOND IT IS PREPARED.
- NOW COMEOUT THIS CHAPATI FROM OVEN
- PUT BUTTER OR DESI GHEE ON IT.
