POTATO GRAM FLOUR(INDIAN FRITTERS/SNACKS)

INGRIDIENTS:

Gramflour             ->250 gm
Red chilli powder ->1/2 tsp
salt                         ->1 tsp
cilantro                  ->50gm chopped finely
onion                     ->2 medium size(chopped finely)
green chilly           ->1medium size (chopped finely)
lemon juice            ->10drops
ajwain                    ->1/4tsp
garlic,ginger paste->1tsp
METHOD:

  • Add luke warm water in the gram flour and add all spices mention above it.add cut onion ,green chiily,cilantro,lemon juice.
  • now batter is ready .
  • take the frying pan(kadai),add refined oil on the 1/2 part of it.Hot it in medium high flame.
  • Cut the sleek pieces of potato horizontally.
  • dip it into the batter .and deep fry it.
  • for serving sprinkle chat masala on it.
  • Eat it with green corriender mint chutney +tomato sauce  


Tips:

  •  Can add 3-5 drop of mustard oil for making it crispy.
  •  Can add half shredded potato in the mixture for making it soft.
  • it is unique combination of soft and crispy.
  • it should be crispy outside,soft inside.
