ALMOND BUTTER


  • INGRIDIENTS:-
  • ALMOND-250 GM
  • HONEY-150 GM
  • CANNOLA OIL/COCONUT OIL(EATABLE)-2TBSP
  • CRUSH ALMOND-50 GM
  • SEASAME SEED-25 GM
  • METHOD:-
  • TAKE THE FOOD PROCESSOR/MIXY,NOT BLENDER.
  • PUT THE ALMOND IN THE MIXY.
  • CHURN THEM.
  • MIX THE HONEY IN IT
  • NOW ONCE AGAIN START THE MIXCY AND BLEND IT.
  • NOW STIR THE SPOON IN THE MIXY AND KEEP CHANGE THE SIDE OF THE ALMOND CRUSH.
  • ALMOND SEEMS LITTLE BIT WET DUE TO ALMOND OIL IS SECRET OUT FROM IT.
  • NOW WE PUT  OIL IN THE MIXTURE .
  • MOW RUN THE MIXY.
  • THIS TIME WE GET THE SMOOTH TEXTURE OF THE ALMOND.
  • NOW ADD SOME COARSE CHOPPED ALMONDS FOR FLAVOR AS WELL AS FOR TASTE.
  • ADD ROASTED SEASAME SEED

TIPS:
  • BETTER TO EAT WITH BREAD.
  • HONEY IS OPTIONAL IF U WANT THE FLAVOURED ONE..
  • SEASAME SEED IS ALSO OPTIONAL.
PRECAUTION:-

  • ALMONDS R VERY HARD TO CHURN SO DONT USE BLENDER.
