INDIAN MASALA TEA

HOT BEVERAGE:


INGRIDIENTS:1 person serving

Whole milk-1/2 cup
water          -1/2 cup
dalchini powder-1pinch
laung powder    -1pinch
black cardomn powder(badi elaichi)-1pinch
green cardomn powder(choti elaichi)-1 pinch
 ginger-1slice
black pepper- 1 pinch
Sugar-1tsp
tealeaves-1tsp

 METHOD:

Take the water in the vessel.let it boil for 30 seconds.
Add sugar and tealeaves in it.
Let it boil for another 30 seconds.
add all the spices mention above.
add the chopped ginger also.
boil it for 15 second.
add the whole milk.
keep it boil for 1 minute.
slow the flame.
keep it in medium flame for another 30 second.
now it is ready with nice aroma and flavor.
sieve it.
enjoy it.
