SOUTH INDIAN RAW BANANA PAKORE(INDIAN SNACKS/FRITTERS)

  • Raw Banana Pakore(fritters);


INGRIDIENTS:
  •   gram flour -1 cup
  • salt               -1/2 tsp(according to taste)
  • red chilli       1/2 tsp
  • cilantro         1/8bowl
  • lemon juice  10 drops
  •  green chilli   1small
  • ajwain            1tsp
  • rice powder    1tbsp
  • refined oil       250ml
METHOD:
  • peel the raw banana.Cut it  in sleek pieces horizontally. 
  • Now prepare batter of gram flour(besan).
  • Add rice powder into it.
  • Add all the spices into it.
  • Mix it well.
  • now add cilantro ,green chilly and lemon juice.
  • add lukewarm batterer for making the batter.
  • concentration of the batter should be medium.
  • can check the concentration by pouring water top to down .
  • if it is easily pourable then its fine ,otherwise its need more water. 
  • now dip the raw banana slices in the batter.
  • take the frying pan .put refined oil in it.
  • let it hot.
  • then fry that dip raw banana slices.
  • sprinkle chatmasala on it

TIPS:

  • Now dip the banana slices in the batter and fry this slices in medium high flame.
  • It should not be fry in low heat as pakore absorb the oil in low flame.
  • Batter shouldnot be high or low concentrated .
  • It is preferrable to make better 15 minutes before fry so that gram flour become soft.
