GULAB JAMUN (READY TO EAT)

INGRIDIENTS:
MTR MIX- 1 PACKET
WATER-AS REQUIRED
SUGAR-1.5 CUP
refined oil/desi ghee-250 lit
METHOD:
  • knead the dough with the help of water.
  • make the very tiny dumbles of the dough.
  • firstly ready all the dumbles.
  • now heat the fry pan in medium flame.
  • and put the dumbles in that frying pan.
  • let it turn the color(golden brown)
  • keep it aside in a vessel.
  • now it is turn to make sugar syrup.
  • put 1 cup of water and 1.5 cup sugar in it.
  • let lt boil in mediunm flame for 15 minutes.
  • now it is concentrated enough.
  • put this syrup in the dumble.
  • let it soak for 3 hours
  • now ur gulab jamun is ready to eat.

tips:

  • not to make big dumbles as it remain raw inside.
  • never fry this duble in low  or high flame
  • high flame causes burn them.
  • low flame causes absorb the oil.
  • best to eat with rabri
